05/07/2016 · I had the same experience as the above. Cleared all of the ward and opened all the gates, couldn’t find her in the ward, and went on to kill Amelia. Now cannot find her in Ward or in Tomb. I think her quest line is likely dead for me until I kill Rom and aggro her.
